I'm huge on making goals for myself--short and long term ones. I pride myself on the sense of accomplishment. It feels absolutely amazing to cross something off of my list.
I've been thinking a lot about the future and the things I want to accomplish for myself. So, I took it upon myself to share my list with you and here it is, in no particular order:
I've been thinking a lot about the future and the things I want to accomplish for myself. So, I took it upon myself to share my list with you and here it is, in no particular order:
- Ride in a hot air balloon (I don't think I would do too well on the actual height thing but feeling myself moving up in the open air would be great to experience)
- Keep traveling and learning about different cultures
- Write a screenplay (I've always wanted to write one since I was 10 years old. It's definitely still on my to do list)
- Become fluent in multiple languages which I'm still working on this goal every day
- Become a successful blogger (after I find my niche)
- I want to make a house into a home
- Own and drive my own dream car which is still a Lexus
- I want to have a career in something that will bring me joy
- Marry the love of my life
- Experience a miracle
- Be able to make others feel good about themselves and help them see their strengths and potential
This list is always changing but I often find myself adding more things I want to accomplish. When something doesn't work out the way I originally planned, I often find myself in one of two situations: either it works out better than I thought or it completely fails but I learn what not to do next time I want to revisit this particular goal.
What are your dream goals in life? After all, it starts with a single vision.
I love this quote from U.S. former First Lady, Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt: "The future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams."
All the best to you,
Mayra :)
